*The 2-week service applies to brands with a visual identity already set and with predetermined branding assets to be used and repurposed in the landing page. Does not include projects where branding needs to be developed from scratch. In this case more time will need to be allocated.

How soon will you be able to start?

I’m only taking on a few clients every month to ensure each one gets enough special attention. Typically I’m booking 1 month+ in advance. That time between securing your project and getting started is perfect for the prep work we need to do.

What if I don't know what I need yet?

That’s totally fine. Part of my process is helping you figure that out. We’ll start with a strategy session to get clear on your goals and what will serve your business best, even if you’re still figuring things out.

How can a design studio help my business?

We can help by offering specialised skills in areas such as branding, website design, graphic design and visual communication. We work closely with you to understand your objectives and create design solutions to help grow your business and differentiate you from competitors. A good design agency doesn’t just make things look good, we go beyond this and ensure your design and marketing have a purpose (but don’t worry, we still make it look good too).

What can I expect from the design process?

Although the design process may vary depending on if it’s a branding project, website design project, photography or videography, or one of our other services – they all follow the same basic principle of ‘plan, create, deliver’. You can expect our communication and professional advice at each stage of your project as we work with you to deliver a design solution. Planning is important for any project to achieve the best design outcome possible. Understanding your business, target market and objectives ensures the design strategy and brief are on point, so we’re all on the same page before we create the visuals. Our project managers and creative director will help guide you through the process and keep everything on track.

Do you only do web design and branding?

Many graphic design projects point back to branding, as strong brand identity is applied across a range of media including print design, website design and more. This design strategy delivers results and helps our clients’ businesses grow across our range of services including logo design, packaging design, photography, content creation, app design, UI (user interface) and UX (user experience). Website design is another core service to help our clients establish an online presence. A website is an important tool whether it’s a content-based WordPress site showcasing your services, or an e-commerce website (including Shopify, Maropost and Neto), both should be designed to convert customers and generate sales. Our experienced team can help whether it’s a new custom website design or your current site needs a remake to improve usability and conversion.

How much does branding or a website design cost?

As we tailor our work to your needs, as such, we don’t have ‘off-the-shelf’ website design or branding pricing. Every business is different and has varying branding design requirements, and might be after a large e-commerce website design, or a simple website landing page created. Having an understanding of your budget will also help us deliver the best design approach within your range.
